At Netservey we work closely with our clients to help them design and deploy their research projects, utilising both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. We use a four-step plan for each project:

Requirements Analysis

We start each project by asking our clients what their requirements are and what their projects are all about. By asking as many questions as we can about their industries, their organisations and their projects we get to understand better the nature of the project and get to a position to help our clients more effectively.

Pilot Design

Once both Netservey and the customer agree on the requirements, we will team up to develop a pilot for the project. This will include a review of the methodologies to be used, timescale, sampling methods and so on. We then deploy and test the pilot and based on the results we refine it accordingly, under we are satisfied that we can proceed to the next stage.

Deployment

After deploying the project we monitor it and make sure everything runs smoothly. During the data gathering period we have meetings with the clients to discuss the progress of the process and the prelimenary findings, which are based on the results provided by the real-time monitoring tools.

Analysis

Depending on our clients' requirement, we may analyse the result and produce reports. Clients who want to perform their own analysis, are given the opportunity to export the data in the format of their choice.
