Gathering and hosting data for our clients is not a responsibility that we take lightly. Netservey has a strong business continuity and disaster recovery model in order to minimise the effect of all unexpected circumstances. Software

Our software is based on stable versions of industry standard platforms. All our software is extensively tested befored released for public use.

Infrastructure

Netservey uses only IBM's eServers® ensuring resilience of our services. For more information about IBM's eServers please click here.

Our server cluster has two 10Mb load balanced diverse connections to the Internet, which can instantly be expanded to 100MB or 1 GB with 45 days notice, if required. The datacenter is a secure Tier 2 facility providing UPS and power generator backup. We use mirrored disk drives which are backed up in two different ways.
